Being a business owner can be a rollercoaster. One that always makes you feel like you're not doing enough to get to the next level. This is something I have personally been experiencing lately. The idea that more does not equal better. It's like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks. (That's not a fun way to approach your business) I'm not sure this is the right approach though. There is something that feels rewarding when you do a lot. But when that doesn't equate to reaching your goals, it's discouraging. I think it's time to go back to the basics. The small but rewarding conversation with someone who needs your help. The delight in seeing someone succeed with your product/service. Does this scale? No, not in the way you might think. But it does generate loyal fans of your business. People who will do just about anything to work with you. Not because you have the most certifications, biggest clients, or most comprehensive package. But because they have a connection with you. Stop trying to do too much. Focus on the little things that make the biggest impact. Let the scaling worry about itself. If you're wondering how you can build these kind of systems in your own business. I would love to chat. Schedule a free discovery call with me to learn more. This isn’t a sales pitch, but a genuine conversation about how I can help. - Luke Netti |
